It didn't work, i tested, too. But the my way didn't work out the second time neither😂. Open CMD, type in ipconfig/release and run， then type in ipconfig/renew and run in order to get a new ip address should work.

[Some other possible solution i found: Possible Solution 1:Uninstall social club and re download the newest one then it works. Possible Solution 2: Remove "cloudsavedata.dat" in Documents>Rockstar Games>GTAV>Profiles>xxxxxxxx>cloudsavedata.dat]

NOTHING WORKS- I UNINSTALLED ROCKSTAR SOCIAL CLUB AND REINSTALLED IT, I ALLOWED ALL FIREWALL CONNECTIONS FOR GTA V, I DELETED CLOUDSAVEDATA.DAT,
I get this message in all of the ways I've attempted joining GTA Online [Normal, Closed session, switching through single player, etc.].
I've verified the steam files. I've updated my network adapter. I've attempted to reinstall the social club launcher [didn't work because installer couldn't detect the game despite being run as admin and sitting in the same folder as it].
I've seen this same issue here and there on different forums. None of the ones I've seen seemed to have a solution that worked for me. From what I can gather, this is an issue on Rockstar's end. Is this true? Has anyone managed to actually resolve this error message and get online? I was online with a friend about a week ago, but now I can't get it to work for the past several days.
