If you will again face the issue, the smart customer care team will first waste your 30 minutes or so in taking the remote access of your system and giving you a different type of gyan that they have sorted the issue from the software and these bunch of jokers will not want to understand that when problem is in the hardware how can they resolve the issue without seeing the printer physically. Then in the end, they will say their supervisor will call you to resolve the issue.

I strongly recommend to buy canon, you will have to 1K or 2k extra, but there products are good. Have used Canon for 14 Years, God knows why we switched to HP.
